  3. By purchasing our products, you agree not to change or edit any internal information. If we suspect any suspicious behavior with accounts, we reserve the right to place the warranty on hold or limit the number of replacements offered per month.
  4. We will only provide replacements for our own products.
  5. We reserve the right to update our terms of service without notice.
  6. Any negative remarks about our shop on public platforms will result in an instant ban, no refund, and no product delivery.
  7. If you receive a faulty product or no product at all, please contact us via the Sellapp Contact Query or our Discord server, and we will send you replacements or fix the issue.
  8. All sales are final, and no refunds are being asked.
  9. None of the Products are stolen from anyone, all Products are made by TikTok Shop.
  10. Understand the payment methods accepted, currency used, and the pricing policies such as taxes, shipping charges, and any additional fees.
  11. Check reviews and feedback from other customers who have purchased from us to get an idea of the product quality and customer service.


  1. A PayPal case results in blacklisting and no replacement. Instead, please contact us via our shop contact page or on Discord.
  2. None of the accounts are cracked, and we do not support any illegal activities.
  3. Leaving negative feedback before contacting us will result in blacklisting and a ban. This means you will not receive the product and will not receive any further support.
  4. If you are disrespectful to our support team, your ticket will be closed without an answer, and you will not receive a refund.
  5. All products on CloudService are virtual goods, which means that once you have purchased them, there are no refunds.
  6. If you attempt to chargeback any money or perform a similar action, we will expose all of your information as a scammer (IP address, email, etc.).
  7. Leaking or Selling any of our products or methods is forbidden and will result in further action.
  8. If you don't follow our Support Team's instructions, we may block or blacklist you.


  1. Reselling without Permissions is strongly forbidden (Included our Pictures, Logo, Videos etc.)

  1. All payments are secured by Sellpass and your payment provider, such as PayPal/CashApp/Coinbase.
  2. We cannot review your PayPal account or anything similar.
  3. Once payment has been made, refunds are not possible (see replacement policy).
  4. All payments are fully anonymous and untraceable.
  5. If you receive an error message saying "payment couldn't be identified," please contact us via our shop contact page, Discord or Telegram.
  6. If you pay with PayPal, make sure to use the same email as your customer account. We will only fulfill orders of $10 or higher.
  7. Leave PayPal Note blank, otherwise your funds are lost.
  8. If you attempt to chargeback money via PayPal disputes, you will lose the case and may face serious consequences.
  9. We take payment fraud very seriously and will not hesitate to expose any scammers, who try to cheat the system. You will be added to our lifetime blacklist and barred from using our website or server again.


  1. All products sold on TikTok Shop are digital and have instant delivery available immediately after payment. In most cases, this delivery will occur within 0-5 minutes of completing the payment process.
  2. If you are having difficulty finding the product that was delivered to you, please double-check that you have entered the correct email address. Also, be sure to check your junk or spam folder, as sometimes emails may get filtered there.
  3. To view all of your orders, simply navigate to your Customer Dashboard and click on the "Orders" tab.
  4. If you have mistakenly entered the wrong email address during your purchase, please contact us and we will send the same product to your new email address.
  5. Our services are available worldwide and no country is blacklisted or excluded from using TikTok Shop.
